Section 01 / RCDEN completes

Issued form · page 1

Start the registration

RCDEN identifies this continuing agreement, its contact and the route for returning your record.

When this applies

Section 01 is completed by RCDEN before issue. It no longer requires a full project requirements schedule at initial registration.

Help with this section

Open a question for help. The numbers match the printed questions and agreement clauses.

1.1

Master agreement reference

+

What to enter

RCDEN assigns one reference for this supplier legal entity. Use it on later addenda and material-change updates. It is not an approval for every future activity.

Where to find it / what to do next

  1. This field is completed by RCDEN. Copy the reference from the form you were issued onto any continuation or later correspondence.
If you are still unsure

If the reference is missing, leave it for RCDEN to confirm rather than creating your own. You can still prepare the company details.

1.2

Contact and return route

+

What to enter

RCDEN identifies its business contact and the approved way to return the form and permitted evidence. Ask for a suitable route before sending anything controlled.

Where to find it / what to do next

  1. Check the first page of the issued form and the message it arrived with for your RCDEN contact and return instructions.
If you are still unsure

An unclear return route needs confirming with that contact. This help website does not collect completed supplier forms or evidence.

1.3

Registration privacy notice

+

What to enter

RCDEN supplies the notice and records its reference, version and date. Read how your business-contact, ownership and signatory information will be used.

Where to find it / what to do next

  1. Check the documents or links supplied with your registration request for the privacy notice. RCDEN records its reference and date in this field.

Practical guidance and tools for everyday business information, privacy notices, information requests and data security.

If you are still unsure

If the notice was not supplied, ask the issuing contact for it. The external guidance explains privacy notices generally; it is not a substitute for RCDEN's notice.

Before you move on

Use the same agreement for the same legal entities. A different contracting company needs its own registration. The detailed work requirements go into an accepted supply contract or signed addendum.

Have these ready

  • The issued master agreement reference.
  • The RCDEN contact and approved return route.
  • The registration privacy notice.

The signed agreement and identified work-specific schedules determine the obligations. Official guidance explains their legal or contractual basis.

This guide explains form v2.0. It does not amend the issued requirements or approve work, exceptions or information release. Use the external help to find records and understand the rules. For questions about RCDEN's requirements or the proposed work, use the contact in Section 1.2 and quote the question number.
