Before detailed work begins, the integration should have defined technical responsibilities, success criteria, timescales, costs, confidentiality, intellectual-property boundaries and information-handling requirements.
Not every technology will be ready, and not every integration will be right for Sentinel. We will identify whether there is a credible fit, what evidence is missing and what the next practical step should be.

Build a concise, non-sensitive technical brief. It normally takes around four minutes and opens in your email app for you to review and send.
Keep the first contact non-sensitive.
Do not enter classified or OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE material, export-controlled technical data, credentials, security vulnerabilities or restricted customer information. We can agree a suitable channel before a deeper technical exchange.

Before you start.
Do we need an active contract?
No. We consider active programmes, funded research, live bids and well-defined proposals. A clear user need and credible route to a trial or funding make an opportunity easier to progress.
Does the technology need to be fully mature?
No fixed TRL is required. Early work may begin with feasibility and interface definition; mature technology may be ready for direct integration planning and trials.
Can we send confidential information?
Keep the initial enquiry non-sensitive. If a detailed exchange is justified, confidentiality and information-handling arrangements can be agreed before technical data is shared.
