THE RC DEN LTD is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 14639255. Our registered office is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

What we collect and why
This website has no user accounts, contact forms or customer software downloads. Public policy PDFs can be read without registering and do not ask you to provide personal information. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use them to answer your enquiry, discuss a potential project and keep necessary business records.
Our hosting provider may also process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain security.
Campaign links may include UTM labels such as source, medium, campaign and article. The labels do not set a cookie by themselves. They are measured only where an optional analytics service is active and you have allowed it.
Storage and optional services
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology for security, traffic routing and reliable delivery. These do not require consent when they are essential to provide the website.
If you use Cookie Settings or respond to an optional-services banner, RCDEN stores one necessary preference named rcden_consent_v1. It contains an anonymous preference ID, the notice version, time, selection method, the active vendor set and each choice. It lasts for up to six months. It is not used for advertising.
Measures campaign results and may support remarketing. It is blocked unless configured through the tag manager and you allow Google Ads.

Microsoft privacy information ↗The settings panel marks any service without a live account-generated tag as “not currently active”. No request is made to that provider. When a service is active, its own cookies and retention rules are also shown through the provider links in the relevant account and privacy information.
Consent and withdrawal
Optional controls are off by default. When at least one optional service is configured, accept, reject and customise are presented without blocking access to the website. When no optional service is active, the first-visit banner is not shown and Cookie Settings remains available in the footer.
RCDEN uses Google Basic Consent Mode: optional Google tags are not loaded and no denied-mode measurement ping is sent before the relevant choice.
You can reopen the same controls from the footer of every page. Withdrawing a choice sends the available denial signal, removes accessible optional first-party cookies and reloads the page so the relevant scripts are no longer present.
Lawful bases and sharing
RCDEN relies on legitimate interests to secure and operate the website, respond to business enquiries and keep necessary records. Steps requested before entering a contract may also apply. Optional audience and advertising measurement relies on consent.
Information is shared only with providers needed to host the website or deliver company email, with a measurement vendor you have allowed, with professional advisers where necessary, or where disclosure is required by law.
Some optional vendors may process information outside the UK. Where activated, RCDEN will use the vendor’s applicable UK data terms and an appropriate transfer safeguard where required.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal claims. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s security and operational retention periods.
The website preference expires after six months. Optional measurement retention is kept to the shortest practical account setting and is reviewed when a tag, purpose or vendor changes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to restrict or stop certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
